As the licensed electrical worker (LEW) appointed by clients, we provide the following services

• submit new application or renewal application to EMA to obtain a licence to operate the electrical installations and generator sets for a period of 12 months.
• inspect the electrical installations and generator sets to comply with requirements of EMA.  Upon completion of the scheduled checking and inspection, we furnish the client with an inspection report, recommend any modification and rectification, where necessary, to existing electrical installations and generator sets.
• endorse as the property’s LEW on Form CS/3 for the electrical loading application on tenants’ additions and alterations works.
• keep an up-to-date set of single-line drawings of the electrical installations and generator sets and submit a set to EMA for record.
• provide 24 hour call-back service and attend to all breakdown calls relating to the electrical installations and generator sets
